Prince purchase of a building recently.

I was just wondering, I heard from a friend today that prince either bought or is buying a building here in des moines Iowa. The rumor is that he will be holding 30 concerts , along with Wendy & Lisa and other past members. I beileve this to be true, but I havent heard anything to back it up. Has anyone else heard this?
