Good Morning people...

I'm new to this forum and don't know if this question has already been asked, but...Has anyone wondered why Prince doesn't have a star on Hollywood's WALK OF FAME? A few weeks ago I read about actress/singer Vanessa Williams getting a star and I hadn't considered the question for along time. I remember some years ago Michael Jackson getting a star on the WALK back during his Thriler years and remembered that at that point he'd been in the public eye for 15 years. I wouldn't think Prince would get a star just because of PURPLE RAIN but I started wondering how long it would take by 1993, 1998 (20 years in business) and 2003 (25 years in the business). I hadn't really kept up with the issue in the past few years until I heard about Ms. Williams. I checked out a site that listed all of the entertainers who have stars and saw names like Paula Abdul and Destiny's Child. Nothing against them and I'm not hating, but how can they have stars of the WALK and a true musical genius like Prince still doesn't have one after nearly 30 years? Any thoughts?

I think he has a phobia of being on his hands and knees in front of a crowd
