Why is Price such a weird control freak? Is it because he's soooo short? Well, DUHHHH, we already know that. It's pretty obvious.

Why does Prince think he is above freedom of speech and freedom of expression? Has he not ever heard of caricature?

Can someone please explain why he thinks he is a JW, yet tries to amass huge amounts on money by fleecing his fans (hahaha fleecing, that's funny, because of all of his sheep who take this shit and do nothing)

When I first joined the org, there used to be a long photoshop thread that was hilarious.

Irony is funny sometimes.

to answer your question, a "parody" of a picture is not illegal, it is allowed under copyright laws. However, one like the one above where someone alters the original image as depicted in the use of the "finger" actually is considered copyright violation.

you can draw a caricture of prince, and you are perfectly free to do so. you many not, however, alter a copyrighted item. BTW...most pics out there are not owned by Prince anyways. The maker of the photograph is the owner, not the subject. For example, pics taken of him on the red carpet are not owned by him, they are owned by the person snapping the picture. Companies like wire image then pay a licensing fee for those pictures.

Likewise, if you are in the crowd and snap a picture of Prince on the red carpet, you are now the copyright owner of that picture.
