Purple Rain should be rereleased into theatres First of all because i didnt get a chance to see it when it originally was in theatres.do yall think it would be a hit.do you think prince would like the idea?would he gain a lot of younger fans? | |

I think it would give him more younger fans... but I think it would give the wrong idea. I don't think Prince would like the idea just because it happened in the past and he prefers to think about the "here and now" and moving forward rather than going back. had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. I didn't see it in the movie theaters either. But I really don't want to see Prince eating Apple's face on the big screen.

Purple Rain in the cinema right now would work about as well as showing a documentary about pus in your local theater.
As satisfying as it is to the individual to squeeze the most out of it, nobody else would want to see it. | |
