Has anyone had a reply from the NPGMC re: their 'cancelled' pre-sale tickets yet?

Thank Christ for Prince.Org - if I hadn't read this, then I would NEVER have known about this! I can't believe that they haven't sent an email out to members. The $ has been taken off my Visa account, I have a confirmation order no., but my Account staus says 'Cancelled'. WTF is going on???!

This is NOT good. I hope it's just a mistake...

I e.mailed them 2 hours ago - still no reply. Were all your tickets for London. Mine were for Manchester and I booked them yesterday afternoon. The wait is kiling me - nothing could be that cruel to have cancelled our "long-awaited" tickets - could it!!!

mines London the 5th, which is now sold-out. I'll be gutted if this is true.
and it's meant that Im on the computer trying to get to the bottom of this, again!

I think the guy playing with the NPG retail server should LEAVE IT ALONE and stop confusing people.

I took yeasterday morning off work at great personal cost to order these tickets, although I did buy another one in the re-issue I would be pissed off that all my sweat and tears yesterday booking the ticket was for nothing, and the public sale goes on Monday.

As I say, I wont be happy till I see my name on their list at the show. I dont like the fact of turning up to a Prince concert without an actual ticket.

Just got my email

I was sweating buckets for the best part of 3 hours!

I've been over to UR ACCOUNT and it still says cancelled. Weird!

I asked again whether it meant all my tickets were ok and why it said cancelled

THANKS guys, much appreciated. I still haven't received a reply to the email I sent to NPGMC but I'll just assume it's a mistake.
