Yes, all the 12" versions, remixes and b-sides from the Lovesexy album onwards were all officially released on CD singles.

Yes, all the 12" versions, remixes and b-sides from the Lovesexy album onwards were all officially released on CD singles. Some only as official promo's, and not for resale though. Right? I'm referring to stuff like the Face Down remixes and some other odds-and-ends. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Yes, I should have said; All commerically released remixes and b-sides were
released on CD. Which would be more accurate. There is the odd promo-only mix that was only released on vinyl after '88.

My 3" CD single of Glam Slam, if I remember correctly (I'm at work) contains the single edit and remix of Glam Slam, but only the edit of Escape. I heard the full-length version of Escape (Free Yo Mind From This Rat Race) on vinyl only, I think...

Yeah, I haven't seen the full versions of "Escape" or "Let Me Feel U Up" on anything. Boris or anyone, could you let me know what they were on? Thanks.

Fel U Up (Long Stroke) featured on on UK 3" CD single:
1. Partyman (Video Mix) 2. Feel U Up (Long Stroke) In my first post, I didn't mention 'Escape (Free Yo Mind From This Rat Race)' which is the version which features on the 12" vinyl, because I'm unsure on which CD it actually features. . ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift.

"Escape (free yo mind from this rat race)"
was never officially released in CD format. I'm not even sure it was released on maxi-cassette If you have a turntable, get this free trial: http://www.polderbits.com/ and make mp3s from all your favorite 12"s! "Whatever skin we're in

Yup. http://www.guide2prince.org/9210192.htm Germany 3" CD Single in 5" Jewel case with sticker on sleeve 1) Glam Slam (Edit) 2) Escape (Edit) 3) Glam Slam (Remix) I remember how hard it was to find the 3" CD-Singles in the US before the internet. I had to rely heavily on Goldmine magazine, record shows and a lot of luck. [Edited 3/22/07 18:13pm] If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Stuff like The Pope, etcI'm referring to stuff like the Face Down remixes and some other odds-and-ends. Quick side-note: I met the Pope once. I ran into him when I vacationing in Rome. He tol' me that most people don't realize that the Vatican is considered by many as the world's smallest country. Therefore it holds the record as the country with the most Burger King franchises per capita, even though there's only one. He then handed me a coupon for said BK & tol' me to check it out whenever I was in the area. The next day, I took him up his offer. It was cool. I even got one of those cardboard crowns, but at this particular restaurant, they're all shaped like his big hat. Anyways, back on subject.....
