Ticketmaster just announced May concert!!! Looks like the start of a tour. Ticketmaster has tickets going on sale for May.Lets just hope there are many more to come. Cant wait to see the man again.

Says it's at the Orpheum Theatre in San Franciso.

You would have thought that would have made the front page news. It is not the start of a tour, as far as I can see, it is a one-off concert as part of 3 concerts involving other artists. Don't expect to see the big symbol stage dragged out. New York, NY (March 13, 2007) – The groundbreaking concert series, Citi® / AAdvantage® card “Traveling Through Life,” returns for a second year with intimate performances by the incomparable Prince, Christina Aguilera and Dave Matthews with Tim Reynolds. With a theme of “3 Cities, 3 Concerts, 3 Journeys, 1 Card,” Citi and American Airlines are once again bringing the “Traveling Through Life” concert series to its Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmembers with each artist taking fans on a unique and personal musical experience unlike any other in live entertainment. If that's the case, this could be a really special concert. A VH1 Storytellers kind of thing. Of course, just because it's billed as such, it doesn't mean it will go that way. I wouldn't expect anything other than a 3121 weekend setlist. | |

I wouldn't expect anything other than a 3121 weekend setlist. I hope it is special...I've been listening to Prince Vegas concert stories for months now with envy, now it is my turn to tell a story. I haven't been to 3121 in Vegas, so I know I'd still enjoy it. I just wouldn't put too much stock in the description posted on the Citi website. | |
