Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad am I the only 1 who thinks this is 1 of Prince's more underrated songs? Im a big Prince fan, but I was born the same year this song came out so I couldnt really appreciate it at the time.  But after watching the video for this song and listening to the Prince LP, this song is GREAT! The guitars are so mean."I'M OK AS LONG AS YOU ARE HERE WITH ME!!! I love it. I think it's mostly only underrated though by some of the newer/younger fans. Ask where they're going, they'll tell U – "Nowhere"

The guitars are so mean.The album version is great, but I think the version from early on (on the Dirty Mind and Controversy eras) is best. Where he breaks it down, yells "BITCH!" then goes into an extended vamp. The Houston 1981 video is a great one. | |
