Lyrically, I see a big similarity between these two. Is this the truth behind the break-up in a simply put way? (i.e. he rather be out putting a band together, shows, playing his guitar in general than having the quiet, happy home life- yes, I know this is not news, his workaholic tendencies are well documented).

And, many got down on Guitar for what they called simple or basic lyrics, but if this is the story behind a divorce, I would say it's not really so simple for him. Anyone?

I think u are correct. Prince usually tells the story of his life in the music. He just doesn't make it explicit. Guitar is funny, insightful, and a lil bit sad.

If you got married to Prince it looks like you would know what your getting yourself into. I mean it's no secret that he would be all about the music. All artist are all about the art first. They can't help it; it's God given.

Same theme mayb,but I don't take Guitar as seriously as I do Fury.
