While the song's title, chorus and the line "U b screamin' like a white lady" may have very minimal racial undertones, I don't think that it has any deeper meaning than titles like Purple Rain, Raspberry Beret, Computer Blue, Little Red Corvette, etc.

Maybe he just got done listening to James Brown's Cold Sweat.
