Recently, because of his 3121 club in Vegas, he has been renting a pad nearby, a couple of minutes drive in a car apparently. Previous to that, he was renting a house in LA, the one whose address was renamed 3121 by Prince, but he no longer rents that place after a dispute with the owner over some decorating and structural changes Prince made.

He still has a house in Minneapolis, a short drive from his Paisley Park Studios, but he hasn't been spending as much time there recently as he once did.

He had a house in Spain when he was with Mayte, he gave her the house in the divorce settlement, she later sold it I think. He had a house in Toronto when he was with Mani, whether she will get that house in the divorce I don't know.

So, as far as I know, he only owns the one house in Minneapolis, but rents places here and there as needed.

I don't know, but if he does he must hardly ever visit it. I do remember hearing about him buying land in France around the Under The Cherry Moon/Parade time, I seem to remember it was some plan of his to build a recording studio there, instead he opted for Paisley Park in Minneapolis, so I imagine he sold the land on.

Since it's been reported that Mani has filed for discovery in California, that may indicate that he now owns property there somewhere...or at least she thinks so.

It is not surprising Mani filed in California, they favour a 50/50 split of all money and property in divorces whether there's a pre-nuptial agreement or not, from what I've heard.

That's what I thought also, that his father's house was brought down but that he also had a home near PP that may still be standing.

His house in Chanhassen was demolished 9-12 months ago as well. This was the house that was 2-3 miles from Paisley.

well mostly in minnesota which is his home state as is mine ive actually seen his house cuz my grandma was friends with his dad, only cuz his dad used to go to this groccery store everyday and get one can of beans so yea.

also his house is beautiful its purple of course.

This is what I know from going to MN . In 2003 the purple house was gone . Only the gates were still standing .

As for the house down the road from paisley , Its gone too . I have friends that live near by and it was demolished about a year ago . Around the time he bought the house in Toronto .
