Haystack

Walking up the stairs Thursday afternoon 'Walking Up The Stairs' is clearly a metaphor for entering a rear-end
Sweet wind blew not a moment 2 soon The receiver farted before the intercourse took place
Ooh, I cried when I realized That I'd not lubed up
That sweet wind was U Being considerate and not farting before I've entered

Spirits come and spirits go Reference to getting drunk before the action starts
Some stick around 4 the aftershow Semen 'sticks' to the 'after' (rear) 'show (ring, like a circus show ring)
I don't have 2 say I miss U No, cos you aimed it perfectly up that chocolate starfish
Cuz I think U already know That I'm bored of pussy and the ass is the only proper intercourse I know

If U ever lose someone dear 2 U That 'someone' is clearly semen UP SOMEONE'S BACK END
Never say the words - "They're gone" No, cos those sperms will still be swimming their way up your partner's rectum
They'll come back, yeah Cum on the back, more like
They'll come back, yeah, yeah Cum on the back. Ooh, yeah! Yeah!!!
They'll come back And again - multiple orgasms, clearly!

Tears go here {x4}Tears are a metaphor for semen

'Comeback' is clearly about anal intercourse.

Finally a serious answer.

Hmm, I think that for sure is a reference.

Also -- I've always thought in "It's ABout that Walk" that line "Ass Like a fine-cut diamond mounted on two legs of stone , oh, the prison I could do some time in if I ever got that ass alone" was about anal sex.

I mean while else could he go to prison. It's still illegal (as sodomy) in some states.

I dunno know ...

No way. That line refers how much more you can appreciate freedom if you didn't always have it. (That line is specifically refering to how blacks used to be forced to sit in the back of the bus, until Ms. Parks came along.) Think about the context of the rest of the album and the timing of the release (e.g. break from WB).

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Oh, you're right ... I didn't even remember what that song was about. I always skip it (it's on Gold, right?) but was just reading that one line out of context. Egads! mad

New Position?????- Might be a real @$$ pounding moment.
Chocolate Invasion?????- Sounds like fire in the hole to me.
Tears In Your Eyes?????- Sounds like back-side penetration on that one.
