What Prince album did you think was a piece of crap, but as you continued to listen to it.It started to grow on ya. My album was Parade, While listening to Mojo one night(for those in the D they know who mojo is.)He played the whole album on air. And after hearing it. My response was like WTF, here we go with another screwed up album. except for Kiss,Anotherloverholeinyohead,and,new postion. There was nothin on it that i liked. But being a true Princehead.I brought the album the next day at Sam's jams.And as each day passed, and i continued to listen to the album. I found myself liking the album more and more. It came to the point it was my no.3 prince album behind Purple Rain and1999 in the year of 1986. And to this day it is still one of my all-time favorites. all of the song still gets me pumped. All except for somtimes it snow in april, oh God that song is so depressing.

I loved that from the start

I didn't like the Symbol album much at first , now i do

Parade for me. And Emancipation. Prince always does what he wants, not what we expect. And good for him, he usually ends up challenging me as a listener. I love both those albums now.

In all honesty, Prince is NOT capable of making what u described as a crap album. See P Diddy and friends 4 that.

Mad Sex , Wasted Kisses , The One and Untill You're In My Arms Again are good songs imo

until I was gettin high one day
and "I Wonder U" dropped

everytime I would play it
I wouldn't pay much attention
"IWU" made me wake up

and then I rrrrreally got into it
after I saw the movie
(shortly after it was released to DVD)

I'm about to go play that album
I cannot wait til find it on vinyl

I didn't like the album but I gave it a chance and now I really like it. And God Created Woman and The Morning Papers made me love it

Purple Rain . I like funk so when i rented the cd I'd listen for 9 seconds before changing. I had to see the movie in order for me to like it.

90% of them that were released after "Purple Rain".

Oh, lots of people love "Sometimes It Snows In April" around here and get pissed when I talk bad about it. However, them being pissed doesn't bother me none.

You just have to realize that everyone has different tastes and they are just expressing them. They have the right to express their's but remember, you have the same right to express yours also and a person who isn't afraid to go against a crowd is to be admired.
