I don't know where you got these dates from, all I know is that on the 29th of October at the zenith in Paris there's already a concert scheduled...Motorhead + Anthrax !!

I must say, as much as I love Prince (and seeing him RIGHT on my doorstep, in Cardiff, will be absolutely amazing!) I fear he's not going to fill some of these venues. As usual, he's left it right to the last minute...

Hopefully, the local press can drum up enough interest or people will see it as a golden opportunity to see him up-close-and-personal.

At last - my friends and colleagues have a chance to see what all the fuss is about!!

Eye am not even interested in P´s JW or marriage situation: the Music is more important 2 me.

NPGMC is ofcourse not my only source of information (that´s why eye hang out here ), but at the moment it is the only source who really can confirm those concert dates.

i realize people are excited to have Prince come to Europe, and that this tour is anticipated greatly and that folks are anxious to know details about it..

but i have to say i think it's sorta lousy that someone, who is fortunate enough to be working for Paisley Park and/or with Prince, is leaking out info entrusted to them. info that Prince most likely wouldn't appreciate having had made known yet.

i don't get that kind of behavior at all. i think it's sad Prince obviously can't trust some people he has working for him.

Have been on to the Birmingham Acadamy they have no booking for Prince on 2nd Oct the only booking they have is for Morcheeba...

The London Apollo, is that the one in Shaftsbury avenue? I sure hope so as it has a capacity of about 750. That would be one intimate setting, with great viewing from all round.

Manchester Apollo is the only venue available for both those dates,their staff are remaining tight lipped.

what's the possible harm that could come from someone knowing about a concert they may likely have to travel to in advance? many people in the states missed out on seeing the man this last time around because we have blue-collar jobs that require notice to get time off. maybe someone in his band feels for us on this and wanted to get the word out? prince, if indeed he knows these dates but won't confirm them, is the one being stupid here.

Someone who has no affiliation with Paisley Park and no affiliation with local promoters tells u Prince is playing these dates 4 sure and u all believe it? Sad. In that case, eye just heard from an official source that John Lennon is touring the US in October and is now finalizing the tour dates! Nevermind if someone else is already playing those venues those dates, it's true, an official source told me. Hmpf.

Ummm, u guys-the Glasgow Clyde Auditorium say they have recieved a booking for the arena on this date-but cannot specify who the artist is at this point.OH YEAH!!!

I think this is one of the reasons Prince sometimes
doesn't sale out the venues because some people can't come up with 200 dollars and a babysitter and get off work with just a few days notice to go to a concert.

When he came to Lakeland Fl. There was only a 3 day notice.

Some of the fans that live in America would love to go to
some of the European shows but who can plan a long trip like that with a 3 day notice?

even a confirmation by NPGMC wouldnt give a 100 percent guarantee... I remember back in 1990 I had tickets for 10 shows and I had to return 8 of them because the shows got cancelled or changed... so you never know anyway. just relax, guys.. its all good
