the last truly truly unexpected prince song was...

i remember not knowing this was coming out and seeing it in the shops with its beautiful blue cover..

SPACE-THE 5 TRACK REMIX

very quietly this was put out and apart from i wish u heaven has always been my fave prince remix/ep-The come album was commercially dead so it realy seemed pointless releasing this-no ads etc-maybe it was a wee gift eh?

many nights i wondered if it was himself he was singing to"how did i get inthis predicament? how did i get in this jam?....."

and the accoustic version oooh FANTASTIC!

bloody great little cd to have!

Glass Cutter. It had everything I love about Prince all on one track. It had a serious groove going on, and the guitar solo absolutely rocked! Hard!

"3121." I, personally, was amazed (and super stoked) to hear a Prince song featuring Camille, featuring funky lyrics, featuring all the things I love about the little guy.

"Rainbow Children", most had thought he'd lost his more organic, sprawling side by that point. It was quite a leap fromt he material he had put out during the last symbol years.. And nobody expected a cameo by Darth Vader on a JW/jazz odyssey theme song.

I never heard the whole song but from the little piece of what was played 2 me was crazy i had 2 play it over and over' and it reminded me of one of those pimp movies like "Super Fly" cool
