Hello All again yeah it is me again LOL.....sorry to be so late on these topics but just found this site not to long ago .....but with that said let me get to the subject at hand.....what songs best describe Prince's insecurities....at first thought a song such as "The Beautiful Ones" comes to mind for two reasons it is full of insecurity issues and it is my fav. but the more you listen to Prince the more you begin to realize a lot of his songs are intwined with his insecurities.....I think this is his way of connecting with us his "extended family".....he has always been one to share his emotions whether you grabbed them from the lyrics or not.....they messages are there.....I think this is his way of helping him move on from time to time.....as a musician and a poet I know that when I write it helps me get cetain feelings or emotions out of my mind and helps me move on.....but you could really list song after song if you wanted to name them.....but I just think he likes to wear his heart out for all of us to see and that is why I think we connect tohim so well.....keep on bringing them Prince and we will continue to listen

Another one is:
CONDITION OF THE HEART
There was a girl in Paris
Whom he sent a letter 2
Hoping she would answer back
Now wasn't that a fool
Hardy notion on the part of a
Sometimes lonely musician
Acting out a whim is only good
4 a condition of the heart
There was a dame from London
Who insisted that he love her
Then left him 4 a real prince
From Arabia, now isn't that
A shame that sometimes money
Buys U everything and nothing
Love, it only seems 2 buy a
Terminal condition of the heart "Don't play me...I'm over 30 & I don't smoke weed...."
