I saw a really cool looking Prince promo cassette from the Purple Rain era the front simply "Prince", in the Purple Rain font (same as Ultimate Prince)
Sorta like this except white letters and a plain purple background: and it had some of his hit 80s songs and a few cuts from Purple Rain. It was a Warner Bros. promo and not a bootleg, maybe for retail? Has anyone seen this?

I'm pretty sure it had "Controversy" or "Let's Work" on there, like it went back to at least that album.

Like, who was this for? I am only assuming it went out to retail.

I noticed that "I Would Die 4 U" fades out at the end, instead of how it was edited for The Hits compilation.
