Sheridan Wyoming, Hendrix remark, and other stuff So I guess it was that thread yesterday of someone's phenomenal Prince collection-I was provoked today to go to my mom's and grab some of my stuff I haven't seen in awhile.
Right now I'm watching the UTCM premiere. OMG- I forgot how jealous I was at the time of that girl who won the contest!!! How cute was he on that? I love the part where they're coming into the theatre and a reporter asks her what they talked about in the car and you can see P start playing with her hair as if to remind her not to tell....  (at least that's how I see it  ) Then later he takes her "pearls".
I thought I always liked Martha Quinn but she's a bit annoying to watch now! 
what ever happened to her?? Maserati is on now- I had forgotten they were even on here. Before this, I watched the MTV interview with the America video premiere. A few weeks back there was a thread about Prince's comments re: Hendrix. Here it is...his exact words were: "Hendrix was very good. There will never be another one like him and it would be a pity to try". Okay, I've gotta fast forward this tape and see Prince take the stage at the Holiday Inn!!  Ask where they're going, they'll tell U – "Nowhere"

another funny moment was prince @ the airport talking to martha quinn and he gets distracted by the crowd and says "um, excuse me:...he then runs to the fans behind the gate ,takes off his jacket and throws it up in the air.

yep. and his father was quite cute on there as well...."he got all his moves from me!" he said that?.ok i missed it. did you see the part where the warners execs were trying to do the girls and boys dance? .that was funny too. goes to show you that there are some things ONLY prince can do.   | |

The part at the airport when he came off the plane was his best look ever! The guy looked sharp and clean. Then he threw is nice jacket over the fence to the crowd. 
When he was a the premier and he TOOK back the pearls that he gave his "date". She looked pissed about it too. check it out again. [Edited 2/26/07 9:52am] "

When I saw that clip, my first thought was, "I would probably KILL another girl to get that jacket!"
