I think there are also parts of "Raspberry Beret" where the backup singers sing "buy" instead of "find". He doesn't say "Trampoline", he actually says "Troubling"

The other track from this period I always liked is "4 the Tears in your Eyes". I believe it was written after ATWIAD, however... But it would have been a nice fit.
ATWIAD should have been a double-album

The album could stand to lose a few pounds.
A little lipstick wouldn't hurt it either.

NorthernLad said: Hello is a definite b-side. I don't agree xD It has the vibe of a great track opener and the melody is cool enough to be considered a classic; also it feels like a classic Revolution song. Obviously [Edited 2/25/07 14:31pm] [Edited 2/25/07 14:32pm] I think the subject matter is what dooms "hello" to being a b-side. It's too narrow in scope.. it would sound very bitchy and set the wrong tone for the album if it were the opener. That's just my humble opinion, though.

I doesn't need any improvement. I like it the way it is. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.

In my mind, that's really the only way to improve it.

Remove "Tambourine" (a throwaway track, imo) and replace it with the superior "She's Always In My Hair".Also, find a way to add "Girl" to the album.

Tambourine was my favorite track on the album when it came out. It showed me how funky and "electric company" he could get.
Hello is a good groove, but not too strong, and I really never liked Girl too much. My art book: http://www.lulu.com/spotl...ecomicskid
