A question about Tora Tora

I have a CD called NPG-TV Volume 3, which is a collection of TV appearances from 1994-96. Each track is listed in detail, but the opening and closing tracks are of Tora Tora, and I'm unsure of the source: Prince doesn't indicate the setting he's in (one almost gets the feeling he's acting as a DJ or VJ), and the booklet is of no help.

In the opening clip, he says, roughly, "Kickin' the hot wax from Uptown to Mars, this is Tora Tora, and I'm here to say...Everybody's a star! You just gotta get in the Big Dipper, so you can be pulled back on the world." In closing, he says, "Y'all have a good time? Good! Y'all come back whenever you can't find the G to your GO. I'll be here, kickin' some brand New Power Soul. My name? Tora Tora. And this is Glam Slam, where all the nasty people go. Tell a friend - there's always another disbeliever to be sold. Peace and be wild!"

Does anyone know the source of these? Is it from the Radio WNPG broadcast he did on the BBC in 1995, or is it from something else?
