Wow this is such a great thread, but only a few people shared. Come on fellow Prince fans, show your collections! I know some of you were intimidated given the size of the first collection, but it's not about quantity as much as it's about quality! SO SHOW YOUR STUFF!!! I'd like to see what people collect.

LOL It's all good though because I got some things that I always wanted like the Scandalous honey jar promo and the Get Wild Cologne bottle (it was empty but the scent that was left is AMAZING!!!) I wish I could find one that was unopened.

I feel you. However, you don't have to have a shrine. My stuff was not out on display. I just compiled it to take photos of it for the thread. I know people have collected stuff over the years that they could show, even if it's like one or two cool items.

Gotcha. In my case, Prince gets his own crate in my music collection (just for ease of finding stuff). But that's about as far as it goes with me. The videos are with the other videos. The 3121 chocolate CDs are in a dark cupboard (they're going to bloom eventually, but I'd like to hold that off as long as I can. I'd rather not have Prince lookin' all ashy ).

If they just wandered into my house, people would be hard-pressed to glimpse my...uh...proclivity. And it'll stay that way. A woman my age can't be actin' all "Tiger Beat," you know.

It's funny because the amount of collectibles and rare CDs that exist mirror Prince's career in a lot of ways. We've been so blessed to be fans of him. He's not only prolific in his production of music, but also his ideas that lead to the creation of all the stuff we collect! He's always thinking of something to give us!
