I guess I shouldn't be surprised, though. The majority of the people here have been fans longer than I have.

I doubt I'd have room for all that even if I set up an eBay account and started collecting that way.

Totally cool, though. You guys have got some neat stuff and I'm very impressed. I don't think I'll ever become that kind of fan, though. I'd rather just spent all of my free time here (and on the net in general) and watch past performances and listen to his music thru the CD I already own. If at all possible, I'd like to keep myself grounded by not indulging in too much memorabilia. If anything else, I'd get a T-shirt or try to find a necklace in addition to the music itself.

Oh man, speaking of collections, I'm moving this weekend, and packing up all my Prince stuff is going to be a royal pain! I almost regret buying so much stuff over the past year. Almost...

But yes, if they do have shirts in SF, I'll have to buy one. I love t-shirts, which is why I made them my main Prince collectible. Most of those came from Ebay and other fans. Before I started collecting them last year, I only had 2 Prince shirts. It was an expensive venture to take on, let me tell you.

much bigger Collection then mine.

Mine is in "parts" incomplete - for example -
I miss some 7" Vinyl Singles, I although miss
the Apollonia 6 CD or the Musicology Cardbord CD
from the US Tour.And I never got the chance to get
those Single CD's like Peace, When will we get paid,
The Work part 1 and so on - they were sold @ the Tour.

So - yes - a nice Collection - but.....incomplete.

Do you have books in there too? Like "The Lyrics of Prince Rogers Nelson?" I have a pretty nice collection too - none like yours though! LOL But mine consists of a Prince scrap book with photo clippings in it from various magazines over the years, actual magazines that he's appeared in, 3 comic books, Prince purses, Sign O' the Times sweatshirt, bumper sticker, Albums, CDs, videos, posters, instruments (Cloud guitar, Hohner Prinz guitar, 3121 tambourines) guitar picks, Concert programs, The Hawaii book, 3121 dinner receipts and bag, sheet music books (Parade, Lovesexy, The Hits & B sides, Purple Rain), key chains, Purple raincoat condom, jewelry, a sticker, framed poster, concert ticket stubs, etc. I don't have my stuff on display but you've given me a good idea to do so once I move to my own place!

This is a great thread. I love it!!! You've inspired my sister ^^Airbak and me to break out our collection and share. It's not as spectacular as yours, but we thought it would be nice to share.

Ok, here are some pics of the airbak/bellanoche collection. This isn't everything, but its most of it. We didn't include some t-shirts, stickers and posters that are sealed including the classic one with P in the white outfit in the window holding the rose. We have all his official releases, plus we did "the work" for some "others," but we didn't photograph them all. Also, we didn't include the albums that we have from associated artists either. We don't have many, just Vanity 6, three Sheila E. albums, the first two Time albums, Sheena Easton and Rosie Gaines.
