Honestly tho, if Michael does want to aproach Prince for a collaboration, it wouldn't be the first time. I don't know if he'll ever wear P down. Still, I think they would get along in a social setting. Prince stuck up for MJ in 2000, and told people that they should just leave him alone. I think deep down, they respect eachother.

I think Prince is perhaps one of MJ's biggest influences. It is similar to how Janet Jackson follows Madonna by releasing her own version of what Madonna releases first.

Many of aspects of MJ's style in both his music and his appearance were originally presented by Prince or Prince associated artists, including Vanity and The Time in my opinion.
