Apparently, Michael thought so. At one point, he even dangled Prince out over a balcony. According to eyewitnesses, P spent the rest of the night lookin' for MJ, yellin', "Where are u?!?!....ANSWER ME, MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!" LMAO!!!!! RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

No, I've never met him- but if I ever were within a mile radius of him I'd pick up my child and run. As I said, your denial depresses me. (and I'm not suggesting anyone should deny that's he put out great music for a time, I'll take Off the Wall or even a J5 album over the crap on the radio today, just admit who he's become as a person!)Throw out everything reported in the media and everything HE HIMSELF has said on TV and just go by what's been revealed in the courts- that's enough. and the little fact that he has purchased children for his own use. [Edited 2/19/07 12:09pm] He aint the only one who purchased kids... Elton & the blonde guy from the Moody Blues are 2 others. Strange coincidence Elton & MJ at 3121 last 2 weeks.

NO, it's not just you- but I don't get depressed, I'm FURIOUS! I can't believe he's getting away with it. Listen, I work in social services with kids and am trained in spotting child predators. MJ fits every red flag there is- and that's without even considering the fact he was actually accused in court. What depresses me is how many MJ fans live in denial. Prince is no fool- he'll stay as far away from MJ as he possibly can.

why would Prince collaborate with MJ on an official release? Hell, he never even released his collaborations with Miles Davis!
I truely hope he won't! (actually, I'm pretty sure he won't!)

Honestly tho, if Michael does want to aproach Prince for a collaboration, it wouldn't be the first time. I don't know if he'll ever wear P down. Still, I think they would get along in a social setting. Prince stuck up for MJ in 2000, and told people that they should just leave him alone. I think deep down, they respect eachother. I agree. I think working together, while on the surface is a really cool idea IMO, would crash and burn so hard. There's too many iffy variables in the fanbases, the general public, and their own nutcase inflated egos for it to go at all smoothly. I was really happy when I heard Prince sticking up for MJ. I'm no huge fan, but nobody deserves to be sentenced without trial and for a while there practically everybody was ready to string Michael up from a tree. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

if these two were to collaborate, it will be the BIGGEST joke in comedy club.
prince will tarnish his image by working with this freak of the freak. it's bad enough that prince has somewhat of image problem w/ his feminine persona. put these two together, you'll hear all the kinds of cruel gay jokes. was mj sipping on jesus juice at the concert?

MJ Didnot just invite children to Neverland, he had some of those children in his bed. He admitted that himself. What other reason would a rich man crowd children in his bed?

She did some jazz scatting trading licks with Maceo during Musicology then Prince went into Prince and the Band. This was while everyone was on stage, it was RIDICULOUS! Afterwards, I got to meet her and shake hands. She was VERY gracious and beautiful in person. She's 56 and crazy hot and I'm a straight girl but I wish I looked half as good as her. She did her thing on stage too, shows you what real singers can do. [Edited 2/20/07 10:17am]

I totally agree with you. I think Prince is perhaps one of MJ's biggest influences. It is similar to how Janet Jackson follows Madonna by releasing her own version of what Madonna releases first. Many of aspects of MJ's style in both his music and his appearance were originally presented by Prince or Prince associated artists, including Vanity and The Time in my opinion.

[Edited 2/18/07 16:23pm] "Prince" is MJ's grandfather's name. Or so MJ says, has there ever been any proof provided of this? I don't recall ever hearing he had a grandfather named that until he named his first, conceived by someone else, son Prince.

I don't recall ever hearing he had a grandfather named that until he named his first, conceived by someone else, son Prince. First of all, I don't see why anyone would have to "prove" something this personal to strangers or the general public. But in this age of the internet, just about anything is verifiable in seconds. According to wikipedia: Katherine Jackson (born Katherine Esther Screws on May 4, 1930 in Barbour County, Alabama) is the matriarch of the Jacksons musical dynasty and the mother of pop music icons Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson. Born in Alabama, Katherine was the daughter of one Prince Albert Screws. She later changed the spelling to Scruse. Prince ain't the only person on the planet named Prince.
