Ah come on guys, don´t be so rude with the newbies...Prince´s cars have always been an important part of his whole body of work. Think of all the BMW mentions in various songs , be it in Jerk Out by the Time or the BMW mentioned by the late Bonnie BOyer during the Lovesexy concert, the Thunderbird in Alphabet Street or on the Lovesexy concert stage, that ultracool Buick in Under The Cherry Moon, his canary yellow 850i BMW in Gangsta Glam and Sexy MF, the Rolls Royce in Under the Cherry Moon he used to own in the 80s, his old BMW that he later gave to his dad and that he was riding around in his Purple Rain / ATWIAD heyday, the BMW Z3 in the Betcha By Golly Wow videoclip back when Emancipation came out ( he even thanked BMW in his liner notes), the Ford Mustang in the Days Of Wild video ( and the mention of it in the title of the Mustang Mix of Beautiful ) his Purple Prowler in the late 90´s, early 00s...and the list goes on...cars have always been important in Prince´s universe, whether in real life or in his songs and videos. It´s cool that he always has a certain taste when it comes to cars, unlike the myriads of other celebrities who all seem to drive the same legions of Lexuses, Escalades, Hummers, Bentleys etc.

His new Bentley might be nice but I think his old cars had more charm and style. A Bentley is something that dudes like JayZ and Puffy would drive, not someone of Prince´s caliber.

Bentley produce some of the highest quality cars on the planet, so I would say HIS caliber is not in question, as I would say the guy had taste and he knows his cars.
