I have a bit of a strange question. Can anyone help?
How does the entry system for NPGMC members work at Prince concerts?

The reason I ask is because I lost my Visa card over the weekend and I've had to order a new one. I'm panicking because if Prince does announce any concerts, I won't be able to buy any via his web-site.

If I use someone else's card, how does that affect my entry at the concert? Can I use THEIR card with MY membership details? And will they have to pick up the tickets themselves?

If anyone has any advice I'd greatly appreciate it.

This would be better answered by NPGMC... I think. :O

My advice: open up another one asap, you'll have your new card before concert time b/c I believe you DO have to present the card you paid w/, but I could be wrong. Good luck!

Aaaargh! I'm never gonna forgive myself if I miss out on the priority seating. I've ordered a new card so, hopefully, it'll arrive by the time he announces any dates.

Where are you located? Have you seen the posted European dates?

Hope your card comes in time, I'm sure you'll be fine. As long as you have the card # you'll be able to order your tix via the web (just be sure you know the expiration date, ask the credit card company)...

I live in Cardiff, Wales (one of the rumoured cities).

I have called my Card Issuer but, unfortunately, it'll be a brand new card with new expiry details, etc.. So I won't know what they are until I receive it Never mind...

You should receive your new card in time--but if you don't try calling your credit card company and request they give you a # and exp date to use to buy goods.
Some companies give out a new # for limited use, until you receive your new card.

USING OTHER PEOPLE'S CREDIT CARDS: U can use any VISA/MC credit card u like 2 buy ur concert pass. But the tix will always be under the first and last name of the Membership. U can check ur current Member info in the Member Profile in the MY NPGMC section.
