Do you guys think Prince is upset over Anna Nicole's passing? I'm only asking this because he was a huge Marlyin Monroe fan. Since they are very similar do you think he is sad about Ms. Smith's departure too?

Oh GOD I am so upset. I loved Anna!!!  Marilyn & ANS are not similar other than ANS copied Marilyn's appearance. (See my posts on the ANS RIP thread for elaboration on their many differences.) I am a HUGE Marilyn fan, and sure it's tragic that ANS died etc...but to compare her to Marilyn Monroe is, frankly, an insult to Marilyn.
And to answer the original questioned, I haven't the slightest clue how Prince feels. The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp. | |

What a question. Who knows if he even knows about this but if he does and I believe he's a newshound so he probably does, why would it matter? It's just sad that she died the way she did. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

I think a lot of people feel sad that there is a little girl that has to grow up without her mother. Prince could possibly be included in this group,I'm sure it's a sad thought for him as well. It's also too bad that someone didn't intervene to help her,people need true friends when they go thru crisis as she has.
However, I don't think your original question is a concern of why he would be sad (Marily Monroe type). | |

Marylin Monroe was an a-list movie star who had high profile relationships, and not fame based on scandal....
