this IS the wrong forum but im hoping that many of u wont mind considering the panic that many of us are experiencing with regard to obtaining UK concert tickets. My problem is this - i ca access the pre-sale, however, when i enter my credit card details and proceed to checkout, i am continually refused. I have sufficient funds on my Credit card to cover the cost of purchasing a ticket and the my card has not expired. Do u know why i am constanly refused??? i have emailed NPGMC but they are about as usefull as a pair of sunglasses to a man with one ear. Anyway, im not here to hate upon the club, im just hoping someone is able to shead a little light on the matter and perhaps tell me why the problem is occuring. thanx.

You can use someone elses credit card as well as your own. It does not have to be registered in your name and the card holder does not have to be present on the night.

I recommend that you do this if possible.

in browswer cookies need to be enabled - do that and then restart the browser - that happend to me anyway

You know what, the EXACT same thing happened to me with a card that I had even used earlier in the day to buy some tix and I know was OK paid up-to-date etc.

I emailed my card co. (it was EGG) and they said that nothing was wrong with the card, they never received a request from the rtailer (npgmc) and that it must be an error on their end.

Luckily I had another card available, but I'm sure alot of people would be in the same position as yourself.
