I just received an ALL region DVD copy of Sign O the Times released with the July 2002 issue of DVD Music magazine (Brazil). The item has stereo and 5.1 channel sound, but the picture quality and sound transfer is not as good as the Japanese LaserDisc (when compared). Hold onto your LaserDisc versions! The DVD is available at eBay for between $10 and $30.
