Oh, there are tons that fool around with men a few times and still consider themselves straight. And I let them know real quick that they are bisexual. When they argue, I tell them if that's the case then why don't they brag to their buddies about the men they've slept with like they brag about the women. They know better because their buddies would let them know what they are real quick.



That still proves nothing. While we are speculating, for all we know, he could have married Mayte strictly to have a baby. When the baby died, he could have been like....at first you don't succeed, try try again.

Also, if a gay man is in denial to himself, he will continue marrying or dating as many women as he can because he wants to be straight.

And some of the worst comments about gay people are made by closet gay people. That proves nothing either.

I've never met a gay man who is sexually attracted to Prince or considers him an icon, although I've met several lesbians and straight-identified men who are. The gay men who are Prince fans are literally fans of his music and in no way would claim him as gay. They all think he's straight. That being said, to be a gay icon, one either has to attract gay men on the dance floor or at concerts on an almost cult-like basis, neither of which Prince does. I've never seen a dance floor clear so quickly at a gay club as when a Prince song comes on, which is usually played after a long set of house or 70s/80s dance music and then for only one song. A Prince song is at a gay club an excuse by the DJ for the patrons to rest and get more drinks. They like the music but aren't enthusiastic about identifying it as part of their culture. The only Prince songs that I've ever seen gay men dance to with fervor are remixes of Mountains and Erotic City, and that's because, I think, they can at times, when remixed, sound like early 90s gay dance tracks, even though they are of the 80s.
