Would he have super powers or would he be a detective like on the Mr.T cartoon? Of course, those damn Twinz would have to be characters, but there'd have to be a cute talking animal. Maybe a wisecracking dove that accidentally poops on people's heads? Danny DeVito could be its voice. Of course, Spooky Electric would be the bad guy. How do we make this happen?
