Fact! biggrin
God doesn't just tells me how much he "LOVE's" me, God shows me how much he "LOVE's" me. Both telling and showing "LOVE" means to "LOVE". They go hand in hand. You can't have one with out the other. Something is spoken, then followed by an action. That is

I hate that the bidder's indenties are private now. I am pretty sure that some of the bidders are accounts created by the seller.

Nope, the seller did that. The names were visible for the first few days, and now they're not. He or she is trying to keep people from sending messages to the bidders.

$405 to be exact. Who are these people???? Although I have to admit, the seller looks to have been legit up till now- that thing just looks fake. Has sold an amp and a guitar case previously so might have interest in music (although most everything else was video games). I just don't get why Prince's people haven't done anything about this yet?? Seller's even got a Prince picture up there....
I can only assume the hiding of bidders is due to those who tried to email them that it was fake??
I wish whoever caught the real thing would stand up and speak!! Maybe we should start emailing CNN or some shit to get the word out about Ebay and maybe the real holder of the doo-rag would come forward, lol!

giggle I can picture nurse going up to Prince and saying, "Gimme that!". Prince looks at her questioningly, and nurse says, "There, on your head" (similar to what Prince said to Apollonia in Purple Rain, when he wanted the chain on her boot). giggle

I wrote an email to ebay and said this was a fraudulent item. It's makng me upset that they are not doing anything about it. Before their names were private, I wrote to a couple of the bidders, but who knows, one of them could have been the seller's other identity. Oh well, I tried.

The bid is now at $455. People are really silly to think that this is the real thing. From what I saw on the tape, I'm not even sure that the scarf made it to the crowd. There was a void space with stage hands working the area where it went. Who's to say that the said scarf isn't right back in his purple closet! lol

It seems that this is an eBay thing:

As the internet evolves, eBay continues to strike a balance between preserving transparency and protecting our Community of members. eBay has decided to change how bid history information is displayed so bad guys cannot target bidders with fake offers using this information. In certain cases, some bidders will no longer be able to view Bidder User IDs on the Bid History page. Your User ID will be shown only to you and the seller of the item you're bidding on. Other members will see an anonymous name, such as Bidder 1, applied consistently to the Bid History page.

Then there are hyperlinks to the bidders history with eBay.

imo, if you watch this video posted here: http://www.prince.org/msg/7/217212, it looks to me as if it went to the side where people were, not the void space.

I reported it as fraudulent, too. It's one thing if it was only a few dollars, but the fact that someone may get ripped off for hundreds is not right. I wonder what is taking ebay so long to remove the listing?
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

now it's up to $650 (with 3 days left!!!), and most of the bids look fake as well- mostly new Ebay'ers so obviously not traders who'd be looking at this if it were real.
this is beginning to really piss me off mad - I'm going to email Keith Olberman or something (although maybe that's a bad idea- might just make Prince fans look foolish sad ). Whoever has the real damn thing needs to speak up and put a stop to this nonsense! WTF is wrong with Ebay?? is it just because they have no proof it's fake????
