9-11-87 Talk about a ray of hope on 9-11. I didnt know that it was on Sept 11 1987 Prince preformed on the MTV music video awards show. He did SOTT and Playin in the SUnshine. WOW!!! I hadnt seen the SOTT movie yet and I remember his MTV preformance well. I SWEAR TO SWEET JESUS that when the band came marching out to the drums section of SOTT (with drums in hand) I had tears streaming down my face. God that was beautiful. That night sealed my fate as a Prince fan for life. Its ironic to me I suppose.
