10/10
A+ To perform that well in the pouring rain!! Those guitar strings had to be slippery & Not missing a note and not singing out of key. Amazing! Go right now pick up a guitar and play in your shower and not miss a note & sing perfectly while water is pelting you everywhere.

What an amazing and kickass performance. I admitted I was a bit worry that he might fall during that rain and plus he wore high heels too.
I give the performance 10/10. My only complaint was that it was too short but that was beyond his control.

some of these punters here have no respect for the work that goes into it all.. sure i've heard him play slightly more 'precise' guitar, but there was some real emotion to his playing this time - 'life and love on the line' as i heard someone say at housequake..... you could tell the performance in general meant a lot through how he played.... he pulled out all the stops he could in the space of 5 mins... vocally as well as guitar... we all know he's not able to pull off the splits like in the 80s and did you happen to notice it was raining? and singing purple rain at the same time! how apt! any other performer would have lip-synched and been basically static in comparison in such conditions....what else do you people want!?
a very special moment in rock AND prince history.
