Come on, we all know NPGMC has a success record in fucking up. I mean, there are people running small businesses out of their basements with better customer service and reliability than this. And 1800newfunk/NPGMC has been around long enough (almost 10 years now) that they should have pulled their stuff together by now.

Yes, it was probabbly an honest mistake, but it seems these mishaps occur way too much with NPGs retail.

Other than the music I get thru the club, I quit purchasing stuff from new funk a while ago.

it would just piss me off knowing that npgmc sent me an empty box, this isnt some MAJOR factory.. they arent mailing about thousands and thousands of things out.. this is a SMALL thing going on.. there may be a lot of fans in this club, but it isnt so much that they should forget 2 put the freakin thing in the package.. eye know its a mistake, but my goodness, pull it the f*ck 2gether.

they are having some sort of problems over there. i placed an order on the 28th, paid $10.00 extra for 2nd day air, and got it on the 4th.

by the way... it was sent standard post.

p.s. a little tip. if you order from npgmc and want to save on postage... order more that one item at a time and maybe share the postage with someone...
