I think he plays it because it's an awesome song that he's found something new in again.

Besides being a great song with a fantastic new arrangement,I'm sure there is some influence from his break up with Mani. For somebody so private,Prince really does seem to sing about things that currently reflect his life. Same reasons we listen to some of the songs we listen to or avoid ones that might hit too close to home at times. | |

I've been to about 15 or so Prince shows in my life, starting from about 2000 on. I had never seen prince do "Anotherloveholenyohead" until I went to the Beverly Hills Hotel show after the BET Awards last year. He did the song that night and it was by far the best song he did that night. Just unreal. I hope he does it on Sunday. | |
