I'm sure someone has brought this up, but does anybody else remember all the hype back in 92 for Prince's participation in the Super Bowl? He wasn't supposed to be the half-time show or anything but he was going to do something big and it ended up being a world premiere video of "Willing and Able" with various football players interspersed in the video. And then for some dang reason they ended up releasing "Money Don't Matter 2Night" as the next single instead of "Willing and Able" which I thought was a mistake coming off the 1-2 punch of "Cream" and Diamonds and Pearls".

Yeah, what the hell was up with that?

They should have had both teams join him on stage in ass-less pants

Oh golly, I was only 10 at the time, and wasn't really a fan yet. Too bad, I'm sure I would have been excited about that too. I've seen the video though.

I was 11 then and I didn't remembered his appearance on Super Bowl but for some reason, I never forget as Vainandy called it Shitney's performance a year earlier when she sang that Star Spangled Banner.

I've never been into sports so I don't remember anything about Prince supposed to be performing at the Super Bowl back then. This was years before I was ever exposed to the internet so I would have had no way to know about it. I do remember flipping through the TV Channels that year and seeing the "Willing and Able" video for the first time. Afterwards, I saw some football shit and I hurried up and turned the channel.

Oh God! They recorded that shit too and played the hell out of it on the radio. It's already a boring ass song but hearing HER do it makes it even worse.
