Such a shame it was never released, but I can see how it doesn't really fit on any of the projects from the era it was recorded. Coulda been a b-side or something I guess, but it really is capital.

It's absolute garbage, but I like it.

It's OK. The aren't many truly great Outtakes after 1989 imho. The last one being Goodman.
