The self titled "Prince" album from 1979 and "Dirty Mind" from 1980.

The Gold Experience

Crystal Ball (because it is bundled with THE TRUTH)

and if you're brave, The Rainbow Children

Those are my top 3 faves, so I'd recommend them to anyone! razz

Crystal Ball.

All those Prince tracks to explore in one go. Fantastic!

And The Truth CD is a hidden gem.

That's a good price, get it! It's 4 cd's, so you'll be listening for a while. The Truth is amazing.

I would definitely recommend the Ultimate Prince cd set. I got it from amazon.com for $11 and it has 2 cds. The 2nd cd literally stays in my cd player. the track list is (for the 2nd cd):Let's go crazy(special dance mix), Little Red Corvette (dance remix), Let's work (dance remix), Pop life (fresh dance mix),
She's Always in my Hiar (12" version), Rasberry Beret 912" version), Kiss (extended version), U got the Look ( Long Look), Hot Thing (extended remix), Thieves in the Temple (remix), Cream (npg mix). I don't listen to anything else right now, as I'm so blown away by the remixes of these timeless classics.
