Super Bowl XLI is available to an estimated worldwide audience of 750 million to 1 billion people. There are 19 television and radio stations from 14 countries broadcasting the game on site from Dolphin Stadium.

We would liek a world tour and maybe that might help put Prince back on the radar - unless he gets his cock out to shock middle-Americans and the bible belt this aint going to make world news!

(Jan. 16, 2007) -- Televisions all around the world will be tuned to Super Bowl XLI as 54 international broadcasters will televise the game to 232 countries and territories in 34 languages.

Super Bowl XLI is available to an estimated worldwide audience of 750 million to 1 billion people. There are 19 television and radio stations from 14 countries broadcasting the game on site from Dolphin Stadium.

For the first time, the Super Bowl will be broadcast live on terrestrial TV in Korea when SBS Media Net airs the action from South Florida. In China, CCTV, Dragon TV and G+ Sports (Shanghai) will broadcast the Super Bowl this year.

The NFL will have a strong presence in Brazil when BandSports broadcasts Super Bowl XLI in Portuguese, followed by a 90-minute condensed version of the game on terrestrial station Banderiantes. Game highlights will also be featured online at Globoesporte.com in Portuguese.

Super Bowl XLI will air on two terrestrial networks in Germany with a live broadcast on ARD and a delayed broadcast on the sports station, DSF.

NFL International is providing a world feed in standard and high definition for all international broadcast partners for the sixth straight year. English-speaking countries showing the game will hear Sterling Sharpe and Spiro Dedes call the action.

It could have been said in a gentler way to avoid upsetting our american friends orgers. But it is true only a tiny fraction of people watch the SB in Europe like probably few americans watch the World Cup. It is a cultural thing.
Having said that, career wise, it is a fantastic opportunity for Prince. His name will be mentionned everywhere in the world for sure in papers and snippets of his performance will be shown on TV as well.
So even if I do not know anything about american football, this year i'll be watching !!!
