Enjoy your Move. Minneapolis is a Nice place to live. If you don't mind a lot of Snow or Cold in the Winter months then it should be Perfect. A lot of people would rather be someplace Hot. I love Minneapolis,but not the Cold. | |

By the way I was Never trying to start anything or Fight with you. I was talking about Myself and my reservations in Moving there. Many years ago I wanted to,but was always Chicken about the Cold. That's why I never did. I abhor the Winter. I do wish you Well and a Safe Journey. | |

Idais, how are you ? me and a friend of mine just moved here and love this place, will have been here one month on the 15th, we stay not to far from Paisley 4 min, yes we have seen Prince on three ocassions, very excited but we leave him be, and he notices us and says hi, that's it!, one funny thing is seeing him in the grocery store by himself, what the f!@#$%^, The only thing about this place is the Prince fans are so apart, they have no get togethers like we did in Detroit, besides that this place is cool... | |

I've wanted to live in MN for a long time. It's so beautiful and peaceful there. I could try and learn to live with the cold winters. MN is just a beautiful state and there is so much to do and see in Mpls., especially if you like art, music, dance, theater and nature. I love all of those things. It might not be a good idea to move there to close to winter, if you can help it, unless you have some 'surviving in serious cold' winter experience. There are a lot of winter neccesities to be purchased and prices tend to go up on commercial products during the times that they are most needed. My friends told me it's best to buy all your winter stuff during the summer (on sale!). ~~~~~~~~~~~
