Yep yep...this is true...But I guess covering the Foo's song was more or less a "my bad" moment...

MTV is blocked at work...is that in reference to "Darling Nikki"? if so prince was quoted as saying something like "i think they should write their own music"

Been doing some digging, and it looked like the Foo's paid respect to Prince first on one of their earlier album's. Check out their wodnerful cover of "Darling Nikki". I think they did a pretty good job!
