The only gay men I know that like Prince are here on the org. Except for one or two of them, all the gay men I know can't stand Prince. They say "Prince is fish. That's a woman honey." I say "Of course he is, I'm not asking if you want to sleep with him but isn't him being fish as hell all the more reason to love him more as a role model?".

The ones I know just don't like his music. It's too hard for them. They would rather look up to some woman that makes weak ass music like Shitney Houston or Anita Baker. It seems like everyone they look up to is a woman. I'm the exact opposite of them. I'm not a damn woman and sure as hell can't relate to one. I can, however, relate to a man with feminine qualities that I'm sure has had to go through the same hate and discrimination as I have. And the fact that he's mean as hell and makes hard ass music that is the furthest thing than what homophobic people consider as stereotypical gay music, makes me love him even more.

Yeah, he's feminine and wears make-up but he's still very much a man. He has a mustache, a hairy chest (and doesn't hide it), and my personal favorite....lots of pubic hair. Yeah, I'd sleep with him and make his damn toes spread while he screams like he did on "Do Me Baby". I'd be saying..."Come bitch, come you freak motherfucker!".

i know of few mostly on the org that like Prince. most gay men today don't pay him any mind.

As a gay fan who has been obsessed with Prinbce since forever, well 1984 anyway I can honestly say that I never fancied Prince and wanted him to jump my bones and give me a good seeing to. Saying that I have on many occasions thought that he is one sexy MOTHERFUCKER and was hot. I agree it is all down to the pushing the boundries of percieved sexuality is probably what attracts me. It's the music first and foremost.

Ah yes but the one thing about being a man that fancies men is that I want a MAN not a man that looks like a pretty girl. Prince is good looking in the carefully planned photoshoots and with all the makeup and touch ups. But any shots of him unawares and he looks quite freaky. No I like Prince but he is too girly for me.
