i have it.

don't hold your breath for an official release. "muppets tonnight" tanked, and only had 2 seasons. getting the original muppet show to dvd has been a ngihtmare because of liscensing issues, and it will be the same with "muppets tonight"

as unpopular as the show was, it is very unlikely the people involved will spend the immense amount of legal time and effort into putting a show noone will but on dvd.

I just read that Brian Henson is in charge of all Muppet "stuff" and has said that he can see a future release date for Muppets Tonight on DVD, once he gets the original Muppet Show out on DVD! I just hope it's true because most of the shows were pretty funny ( I remember one where the bear was in love with Cindy Crawford and another with Sandra Bullock that had some good stuff!)

I remember seeing this when it first aired. At the time I was a huge MJ fan (still am) and I had no idea Prince was on the show and just watched it like I did every week. When P bounced on the screen, I screamed like a bitch. I was incredibly happy to see him and I think at the time I loved him but just didn't know it. I watched the whole thing and at the time I didn't understand the whole symbol/name change thing, so I called him Prince all night and had no idea that at the time "Prince" was "dead like Elvis." But I'm glad that "Prince" has been ressurected so I can call him that without any trouble! lol

Pure Bonafide filler. Someone pandering desperate for attention and affection.

Probably one of the most uneventful saturated b.s. done by the Muppets and Prince. And he wasn't funny it was just tired and trite.

It never ceases to amaze me that people on here praise Prince for mediocre appearances. He isn't going to come kidnap you and take away your new power fam status if you didnt care for it.

Face it people, this show was a bad attempt at hocking a 3cd album and bad acting to boot. Remember his fake crying on Oprah? Even Oprah Pimped Prince.

woah woah woah

I thought we was talking about who REMEBERED not how GOOD it was ..

i would love if they got "tonight" out. but 15 months after the release fo season 1 of "show", and 3 passed announced release dates, i am still anxiously awaiting season 2. it doesnt install a big sense of confidence
