Its gonna b a beautiful night Has ne1 ever heard ne studio versions of this song??
There r plenty of live versions around but as far as an outtake or finished studio version goes I am curious as 2 whether there r ne floating around or if ne1 has heard them or if they even exist... u know u want 2...so do it

The song was originally recorded live as a jam at a 1986 concert in... Stockholm? or Paris? one of those I think. Prince then overdubbed lyrics, additional instruments and Sheila's transmississippirap at Paisley Park for it's inclusion on Sign O The Times. I don't think there is a studio version, apart from rehearsals for the Sign tour, and they sound the same as the album version anyway. | |
