I don't think Prince has done a full on dance album and I really wish that he would cause that would be the hotness. No ballads or midtempo songs, just that funk that forces you to get out on that dance floor!

But to answer the question, the closest thing we gotten from Prince with a dance album is 1999. That album has loads of dance classics from the man.

1999 without a doubt was hi best dance lp.i did think that the 3rd disc of emancipation would ahve worked good as a seperate dance lp.i also think the black lp would have been like the best dance lp "if" it had been released at the time it should have.
