Love Thy Will Be Done is one of Prince's finest moments. I still cannot believe he gave it to Martika of all people!

The Walk.
I would have loved to see an old grainy video with Prince doing "The Walk" and watch him and Vanity do the dialog at the end. Vanity - "...Um, that's what I'm trying to tell you" Prince - "Stop tryin' to tell me things and pull"

Nothing Compares 2 U ( but PLEASE not as a duet .! the Nude tour version was great )
Love ...Thy Will Be Done ( wow, it takes balls to give such a brilliant song away..) Don´t Let Them Change U ( you remember this little gem from Larry´s album ?) However Much U Want ( great, great, GREAT song.....many people laughed about Mayte´s album but it contained some great songs ) Ain´t No Place Like U ( again , another great Prince song that got lost in the wilderness of the friction years ) 777 93 11 ( hey, I know it´s a trademark Time song , but Prince wrote it and just imagine how cool it would be to hear his version ) The Screams Of Passion Mutiny ( these two are GREAT,fantastic Prince songs...I wish he would re-visit them again ....what a shame that the world doesn´t get to hear them....they´er brilliant Prince songs and I think they never got the kind of recognition they deserved ). " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

actually, i think all of the songs mention were done better by those who performed them...
one of things that prince is great at is collaborating (and its a shame he doesnt do it as much of late). i think thats why his soundtracks (with the exception of GB) are always so dynamic...when he thinks of creation as a solo entity he tends to self-indulge...when he creates from exterior influences (be it the batman film, sheena easton, sheile e, wendy and lisa, the time) he opens up artistically. IMHO... Space for sale...

IMHO... I really agree with this. I cna't see him singing Nasty Girl or Glamourous Life. And Nothing Compares 2 U...his version is awful! ALthough I do think songs like G-Spot and All Day ALl Night he does better. So maybe the Jill Jones Material. Or Some of the Family Stuff. Christian Zombie Vampires
