What name are we gonna give this Celeb / showbiz phase of his career?. like the 'Purple Years', 'slave period', etc what are we gonna call this period which has run i think since 'Musicology'and the Grammy appearance where he's been doing the Big tour, the whole celeb thing etc. my suggestions are:-
'the Glam slam period' 'the dream factory years' 'viva las vegas period' 'cashing in period'!. suggestions please. | |

I don't know, but I'm tired of it. I don't mind Prince being a mainstream artist, but all this "Look at me and my popular Hollywood buddies" stuff is a bore. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

yeah i know but dosen't it just stamp all over the useless theory that Prince is a has been. He also seems to have a balance of indulging in the shallow world but also giving Fans a totally unreal experince at Club 3121 at the weekends. I thought the ONA soundchecks were cool but DAYUM! | |
