questions. Is the one nite alone set really live because i heard something on npgmc that it wasn't live.Or is just three cds with only the music. | |

It is live, but from various concerts (and in the case of the 3rd disc, aftershows) patched together. 'Straight from DAT with minimal overdubs' if I remember correctly. | |

Its live and I just listened to it last night. Its good BUT I hate medleys there are a couple. AND I would rather listen to Prince sing rather then have the mic turned to the audience. I feel like he did that about 20 times. ADORE on this is SUPER good. I hate Appolonias voice so Take Me with U is just fantastic here as well. You will like it a lot if you like TRC because there are several TRC songs. Its overall worth it. No matter the ©️, Paisley Park "official can never ™️  . It's a 3 CD set that comes with a nice big booklet (similar to the tour book). There is also the Live At The Aladdin, Las Vegas DVD from the One Nite Alone tour, however it is a completely different performance to that on the One Nite Alone... Live! set. One Nite Alone Live really focuses on The Rainbow Children (and hardly One Nite Alone Demo at all). |
