Honestly I would say that only about 1 CD's worth of songs that Prince has released in the past 10 years has been shit IMO. So 1 or 2 songs per album that I hate. On the other hand, only 2 or 3 per album have been masterpieces. The rest are simply "good".

That's a pretty good ratio. I think I'll keep supportin' the man.

he doesn't put out many pieces of shit in my opinion, which is the one most important to me. i really don't pay much attention to critics or even fans, they seem to be the worst judges of all. i will buy his next one as I have faithfully bought all his albums over the years except the ones i missed just out of being totally broke.
