I'd always thought that getting a tattoo around the bellybutton would be really cool, but;
(a) I don't have the abs for it, and (b) I was told (maybe it's just a rumor) that there's a gay porn dude with one already.  ...before anyone gets mad at me - I already said that it may be a rumor!By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory! | |

Thanks for the all the nice comments I'm 18 years old , by the way. Went to a party last night for New Years and it seemed like EVERYONE noticed.. only one person knew what it was, though, but he was also wearing a James Brown shirt so he's automatically cool. People seemed to understand and "get it" after I told them "You know the singer Prince? It's his symbol".
It's on the top of my forearm, by the way, not the underside.. the picture can be a little confusing. Here's a picture to show where exactly on my arm it is.  | |

Great tattoo! I got my tat last year; and it's my favorite out of the six. I didn't want anyone to say how unoriginal it was, so I put the leaning on a star. Since "estelle" is a latin derivative of the word "star" and it's my middle name, I only thought it would be nice to have Prince leaning on me for support since I'm a big fan. I made the star bright orange on some points and without any color on the others, because my first name is claire and it means "bright, clear". So, Prince is leaning on a bright, clear star. Plus, "Baby, I'm A Star" is one of my favorite Prince songs. I made the two different shades of purple, because what better color to represent his royal badness.  Tattooing is pretty addictive, IMO. Cool.My tattoo is on my shoulder blade, purple and close to the same size.It is probrably 5yrs old now-I need to get it touched up, the color is fading. | |
